Wonderful

A large room. Friendly staff willing to help. Good breakfast. Tea for breakfast is free, but you have to pay for coffee. 10-minute walk to the train station. There is a delicious national restaurant within walking distance. The historical city center is about 20-25 minutes away, but there is public transport.

There is no kettle or cups in the room. The entire building needs some cosmetic renovation, especially the bathroom. Own free, but very small (for 4 cars) parking. If it is all busy, the staff will tell you where you can park your car, but by payment.

Wonderful

Everything was very clean and they even allowed us to keep our luggage there even after check out.

The staff were very good to us but we had a very anxious time waiting for the staff when we went back to collect our luggage after check out.

Short stay at hotel flair

Hotel Flair is close to the railway station, room was quiet and comfortable. We were able to leave our bags early which was great.Helpful staff, breakfast was nice and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck late afternoon with a beer from the bar in the sunshine.

Warm and friendly check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Couple of nice takeaways and restaurants in the area. Easy walk from Central train station. Good value

Excellent rooms and value.

Firstly the staff is excellent. There was an issue with booking.com software where number of guests were coming wrong on many bookings. Every other property confirmed the correct number only on chat through booking.com. This was the only property where staff called understood the issue, confirmed the right number, interacted with booking.com to formally set the thing right. Same was the experience while checking in. There were some rooms cancelled from our original booking. The lady on counter felt that the charge for remaining rooms was bit higher (about 7-10 euros) than her calculations and although we showed willingness to pay it she said she would not like to overcharge even by mistake and ultimately charged the perfect sum. Breakfast was good. Rooms are spotlessly clean and decent sized. Overall great value for money.

Not many restaurants nearby for dinner especially with vegetarian options.

Very good breakfast. We had to catch an early train so we were able to have breakfast a few minutes before 7am.. excellent.

An affordable accommodation in Salzburg

Affordable accommodation in Salzburg. About 10 minutes walk from main train station. Spacious enough single room for solo travellers. Has a lift if with heavy luggage. Breakfast is sufficient though not rich to someone perhaps. Hotel is at a quiet residential area with bus connection to city centre.

Some room amenities need repair but for single use, should be acceptable. Hotel isn't at usual tourist area so almost no restaurants or supermarkets nearby. Pillow too soft.

Value for money helpful staff

I liked the location just 10 minute walk from train station. The breakfast had variety and staff helpful and friendly. Close to a Lidl supermarket for supplies

The wifi was useless but MacDonalds just down the road. Kettle in the room for a cuppa after long walking days would be great and a fridge that could cool drinks

Wonderful

The uncomplicated arrival. We arrived early and they help us with the luggage. And after we returned from the city center late in the night, the employees where so kind to already bring the luggage to the room we stayed. The breakfast was great and the opulent for the price. Thanks for this great stay in Salzburg.

The room was at the same hight as the hotel sign and the lights we a bit much at night, but the curtains took care of this little problem, so no harm done. :-)

A GOOD & FRIENDLY HOTEL AT SALZBURG

It's a small good hotel, in a calm and peaceful area, about 10 minutes walk from the Salzburg Rail Station (or just 2 bus stops away)...Staffs are quite friendly and helpful...Rooms (with attached bathroom) are quite comfortable, neat and clean...Breakfast is good as well...

Nothing as such...Better to be early in the breakfast room...Late comers may miss some food items...
